Session debrief worksheet
Separate an observation mistake, a lookup mistake and an execution mistake before deciding what to practice. A vague conclusion such as communicate better is difficult to test.

BOMBANANA — Session debrief worksheet Team-authored plan; not a verified solver answer. Observed failure: [not agreed] Failure stage: [not agreed] One change to try: [not agreed] Next-run success check: [not agreed]
Run this exercise
- Choose one incident while the details are fresh.
- Compare the original observation with the message actually received.
- Find the earliest point where the two disagree.
- Practice that point once, then evaluate the same behavior in the next run.
Example to adapt
Failure: cable count omitted. Stage: observation packet. Change: always say count first. Check: receiver repeats count before consulting the rule.
Completion check
Do not count a completed worksheet as improvement. The next run must show the changed behavior.
Evidence and limits
This worksheet is an original BOMBANANA Solver coordination suggestion, published September 6, 2026. It is not an official manual, tested game strategy, or module solution. The official game description establishes the three asymmetric roles and player-designed communication; this site's exercises build on that context.
