How an answer becomes verified
The useful answer is not the fastest guess. It is a reproducible procedure tied to a primary source and checked against known cases.

Publication gate
- Name the module without relying on a search suggestion alone.
- Record a primary source URL, title, and retrieval date.
- Translate the rule into a deterministic input and output contract.
- Add normal, boundary, and failure cases.
- Publish only when the same inputs reproduce the same result.
